How Do I Address Envelopes Using The Windows Vista Word Processor?

Are you using Microsoft Works or Microsoft Word? And what year?

The fastest way to get an answer is to type the name of the word processor and its date (Works 2003, Word 2007, etc.) and Address Envelopes in the "Search for questions" box in the green bar on any Answers page.

How you do it depends on which word processor you're using. There's no "Vista Word Processor". Some computers come with a trial version of Microsoft Office, but once the trial ends you're left with the pretty large additional expense of buying the program. (You can download Open Office for free, and save yourself the expense - and its envelope utility is a bit nicer.)

using microsoft word go to Mailings then select create and chose envelopes/labels... the rest is obvious.
